ZAFA Chartered Accountants ("ZAFA," "we," "us," or "our") provides professional accounting, audit, taxation, and advisory services. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
ZAFA provides services including but not limited to: Audit & Assurance, Taxation Advisory, Business Process Outsourcing, Risk Advisory, Capacity Building, and related professional services as detailed in engagement letters.
Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery. Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and financial data.
Fees are outlined in individual engagement letters. Payment terms are net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur additional charges.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information in accordance with professional standards set by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP).
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and as specified in individual engagement letters. ZAFA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
Client data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect client data.
Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice as specified in the engagement letter. Upon termination, clients shall pay for all services rendered through the date of termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Lahore.
